Sarah McKeague Black has more than 20 years of experience as a leadership development and Human Resources leader. As the Managing Director of Unlock Talent Group, Sarah creates and delivers programs that improve business outcomes with individuals and organizations of all sizes and industries.
Her expertise includes consulting organizations on performance improvement through coaching, team building, new leader assimilation and leadership and communication training.
Sarah utilizes The Birkman Method® in her consulting practice. This assessment measures personality characteristics that influence behaviors, motivations, and perceptions.
